At Urban Gym Wear, we want you to be fully satisfied with your performance gear. If your new apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are attached and the products are free of chalk, sweat, or scent.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
